В процессе строительства Outlet Village Belaya Dacha производится сравнение и ежедневный учет использования ресурсов, регулярный контроль и проверка энерго- и водопотребления. Подрядчиком разработана политика минимизации загрязнения окружающей среды, а также процедура сортировки строительных отходов на 5 основных категорий и управление  ими на площадке.

  • снижение выбросов СО2 на 15,7% 
  • направление на переработку 95% по весу (и 85% по объему) всех строительных отходов площадки
  • организация парковки на 4000 машиномест для улучшения дорожного движения в данном районе

  • The Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is being constructed with the environment in mind and during construction the contractor will be monitoring both water consumption and waste, including carbon dioxide.
  • During the demolition and site clearance phase of the works on site, demolished materials have been recycled or passed on to 3rd parties for re-use
